A: All of our condominiums are set up for normal housekeeping. We provide paper towels, bathroom tissue, soap, garbage bags, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, bath soup and hangers. This brief checklist includes some helpful suggestions to assist you with your packing and shopping.

A: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in rental units. We can recommend some pet resorts.
Q: Can we grill out on our balcony? Back to Top
A: Only if your unit is equipped with one of our approved electric grills. Please make arrangements 2 weeks prior to arrival. Grills are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis for a modest charge. Use of any other grill is strictly prohibited.
Q: What if there is a hurricane or tropical storm? Back to Top
A: Hurricanes are a fact of life on the Gulf Coast. In spite of the publicity surrounding storms, the chances of being in one are still remote. We are however, vigilant and prepared for storms. In the event of mandatory evacuation, we do require that all guests leave the building. We then shut down all utilities, stop the elevators and secure the building.
Our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as illnesses, mandatory hurricane evacuations or similar events that can affect your trip. We strongly recommend that you purchase AIG Trip Insurance. Plan Flyer and Faqs

Q: Can I bring my jet skies, boat, or RV? Back to Top
A: You are welcome to bring your jet skis or small boat for use in Little Lagoon. You will need to make arrangements for a slip with the concierge at least 2 weeks in advance of your arrival. Slips are limited and available on a first come first serve basis for a modest charge. There is a public boat launch on Little Lagoon just off Fort Morgan Road. Unfortunatley, we do not have space on site to store boat trailers and they are strictly prohibited. Our concierge can direct you to a storage lot. We cannot accomodate RVs of any kind.

A: Our private beach access is just 200 feet from the front door. We have our own beach chair service and we have showers on the boardwalk and next to the front door. We also front Little Lagoon which is an exciting body of water that allows water skiing, jet skiing and fishing.

A: Yes. We have access to both Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. Jet skis can access the Gulf through the pass in Little Lagoon.

Q: How far is it to the grocery store? Back to Top
A: There are several local and chain grocery stores within 10 minutes of the property. A brand new Publix just opened in Orange Beach 15 minutes away and there is a convenience/grocery store less than 5 minutes away on West Beach Blvd.

A: (KJKA)Jack Edwards Airport is a 5 to 10 minute drive. Jack Edwards has complete FBO services. For those coming in single engine airplanes, Bel Solé has T-Hangers for a modest charge. Please contact our concierge for availability.

A: Each unit is issued parking permits for 2 cars. If you have more, please check with our concierge for availability beyond that.

A: A maximum of 6 people. Each unit is equipped with a king, queen and a set of twin beds.

A: 50% is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

A: If you determine that you need to cancel this Agreement or change dates, you should immediately contact the Company at 1.251.979.5762.
If you cancel less than thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your rent and the Reservation Deposit will be forfeited to the Company.
If you cancel at least thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, your rent and the Reservation Deposit will be refunded to you; however, the Reservation Fee will not be refunded to you and shall be retained by the Company.
A request by you to change the dates of your stay will, for purposes of this Agreement, be treated as a cancellation of this Agreement. NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances less than thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Inside said thirty (30) day period, any refunds will be issued through AIG Travel Guard if you chose to purchase Trip Insurance, to the extent insurance is available for your cancellation.
If you chose not to purchase Trip Insurance, no refunds will be issued inside said thirty (30) day period for any reason including, without limitation, illness, hurricane or similar events.
